Requirements
• 2+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, or B2B fintech sales. • Experience supporting enterprise or API-based products, ideally in brokerage, capital markets, or fintech infrastructure. • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles involving compliance, onboarding, and technical integration. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you can translate product complexity into clear, compelling narratives. • Proven experience building and maintaining sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, battlecards) and structured GTM processes. • Data-driven mindset; comfortable working with dashboards and CRM reporting. • High ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. • Who You Might Be (Nice-to-Haves) • Background in brokerage infrastructure, clearing, custody, or broker-dealer operations. • Experience supporting global expansion and partner launches. • Exposure to both high-touch enterprise sales and API-first product-led motions. • Experience working closely with Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management teams. • Prior startup or high-growth fintech experience. • How We Take Care of You: • Competitive Salary & Stock Options • Health Benefits • New Hire Home-Office Setup: One-time USD $500 • Monthly Stipend: USD $150 per month via a Brex Card • Alpaca is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce. • Recruitment Privacy Policy
