Requirements

• 7+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or systems engineering roles. • Expert-level knowledge of Linux, containerization, and systems integration. • Hands-on experience with HPC workload orchestration or parallel computing tools preferred. • Familiarity with Rocky Linux, Warewulf, Apptainer, or similar open-source infrastructure is a plus. • Proven ability to work independently and support multiple customer projects in a remote-first team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Account Executive to understand customer needs, design appropriate solutions, and support sales opportunities. • Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and hands-on workshops to showcase CIQ solutions. • Lead technical discovery sessions, solution architecture design, and proof-of-concept deployments. • Provide guidance on infrastructure integration, deployment best practices, and performance tuning. • Support partner enablement by delivering technical training and architecture guidance to local system integrators and resellers. • Serve as a bridge between customers and CIQ engineering, advocating for product enhancements and roadmap alignment. • NEEDED TO SUCCEED • NEEDED TO SUCCEED • Successful candidates will be: • A senior-level technical expert with strong customer-facing experience and deep familiarity with Linux-based infrastructure. • Passionate about open source and confident in supporting performance-intensive environments (HPC, AI/ML, hybrid cloud). • Equally comfortable at the whiteboard, command line, and customer site (virtually or in person). • Experienced in collaborating with sales teams to close complex technical deals. • Fluent in Japanese and confident communicating in English (written and verbal). • A friendly, collaborative, humble, honest, and always striving to be better attitude.
