Requirements

• Collision repair experience, either inside a repairer or as a supplier, insurer or assessor working with them. • Account management or customer success experience, managing many relationships without dropping detail. • Trusted quickly. Repairers take you seriously because you understand how their business runs. • Comfortable with data and tools. You live in the CRM and dashboards, and act on what they show. • Self-directed. You plan your own week across a large region without needing to be managed. • Full NZ driver licence and happy to travel regularly across the South Island. • (Bonus) Experience selling or supporting software for workshops or parts suppliers. • Please note: if you don't have all the skills or experience listed above but believe you could be outstanding in this role, please still consider applying.
