Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Research Operations, or a related field • Experience working directly with cross-functional product teams in fast-paced environments • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives • Highly collaborative and organized, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward • Comfortable balancing strategic conversations with hands-on execution • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and company events • Familiarity with UX Research, Design, and Product tools and ecosystems • Expertise in research operations or scaling research programs • Experience working at a SaaS or product-led technology company • INCLUSIVITY AND PAY • At Maze, we are dedicated to building an equitable, inclusive, and authentic workspace. Responsibilities
• Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to support customer engagements throughout the lifecycle • Lead customer-facing conversations including discovery calls, workshops, enablement sessions, and executive presentations • Help prospects and customers establish scalable research workflows and integrate Maze into their product development and decision-making processes • Consult with customers on UX Research best practices, continuous discovery, democratized research, and research operations
