OKX - Associate Legal Counsel

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including, but not limited to, NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Data Processing Agreements, marketing services agreements, and amendments. • Work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to negotiate and execute contracts that are key to OKX's future growth. • Maintain organised records of contracts and various legal documents across multiple group entities and jurisdictions. • Collaborate with business units and legal team members to design, develop, and implement legal processes, training programmes, internal guidelines, and playbooks to drive efficiencies and build for scale. • Assist with special projects as needed. • What We Look For In You • Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or university; a law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) is strongly preferred. • Candidates without a law degree but with substantial prior law firm and/or in-house paralegal/legal analyst experience will also be considered. • Demonstrated ability to independently develop and implement various legal processes, policies, and playbooks. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly while maintaining accuracy and sound legal judgement • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and with cross-border commercial agreements is an advantage. • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound commercial judgment. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (e.g. Ironclad) and e-signature tools (e.g. Docusign) is preferred.
