Responsibilities
• Expertly managing RFx projects end-to-end , including capture, formation and management of the bid team, and the creation and delivery of best-in-class RFP response packages. • Identification of customer pain points, development of value proposition and win themes during the bid capture phase, and subsequent incorporation of these into the bid strategy and RFP response. • Collaborating with and managing internal stakeholders and partners, including commercial, marketing, design, technical, product and functional teams including legal, compliance, information security etc. • Generating high-quality, persuasive business development materials which create a compelling case for the prospect. • Proactive and seamless management of your own workload, with multiple deadlines and workstreams. • Acting as the single point of contact for all types of RFx (including RFI, RFP and due diligence questionnaires), • Driving best bid practice throughout each RFx submission, and act as a bid champion. • Supporting with back office tasks and ad hoc bid practices (including maintenance and continuous improvement of the bid library and our collateral). • Supporting sales with presentation stages of RFP opportunities.
