Binance - Wallet Product and Operations Manager
Requirements

Responsibilities
• Manage the Binance wallet product team in UAE and Asia/UAE region to ensure alignment with company strategy and goals. • Oversee day-to-day operations of Wallet Product teams across multiple locations including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Hong Kong, Taipei ensuring smooth functioning without direct supervision. • Develop strategies for the growth and expansion of Binance wallets in Asia/UAE region while maintaining high standards of customer service excellence. • Lead product development efforts to enhance user experience with new features or improvements based on market research, feedback analysis, and competitive landscape assessment. • Collaborate closely with the engineering team for timely delivery of wallet updates/upgrades while ensuring quality assurance standards are met. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success in achieving business objectives such as user growth, retention rates and revenue generation from Binance Wallets services across Asia / UAE region. • Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities aimed at increasing brand awareness among target audiences within the Asian/UAE markets while ensuring compliance to local regulations and cultural sensitivities. • Manage relationships with key stakeholders including partners, vendors, regulators in Asia / UAE region for smooth operations of Binance wallets services across multiple locations without direct supervision. • Provide leadership by mentoring team members on professional development opportunities and career growth within the company while ensuring alignment to organizational goals and objectives.
