Versaterm - Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 7+ years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including recruiting Senior Manager and Director roles, ideally in a technology or software environment. • Demonstrated executive presence, with the credibility to advise and influence C-suite and senior leaders. • Proven success delivering talent acquisition initiatives or programs from planning through implementation, with strong project management and critical thinking skills. • Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation to improve efficiency and outcomes, with sound judgement in how they are applied. • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse), and recruitment analytics, with the business acumen to apply analytics in advising leaders. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization. • A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence. • Note: This position requires a security clearance from the Government of Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and must successfully obtain and maintain a Reliability security clearance.
