Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain pipeline requisitions for university and early careers technical talent, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates. • Screen and assess candidates to understand their technical backgrounds, academic experience, projects, internships, career interests, and overall qualifications. • Match qualified candidates with appropriate opportunities and hiring teams based on technical skills, interests, and business needs. • Partner closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and business leaders to understand current and anticipated early careers hiring needs. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across software, hardware, and engineering disciplines. • Develop relationships with candidates and maintain engagement throughout the recruiting and placement process. • Identify and engage talent through university recruiting programs, campus partnerships, referrals, networking, and targeted sourcing. • Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring teams regarding candidate alignment, technical qualifications, and talent availability. • Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline activity, and requisition updates within ATS and CRM platforms. • Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent communication, timely follow-up, and effective coordination with hiring teams.
