Requirements
• As a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. For some positions, as posted, we will accommodate global opportunities where we have established businesses, including Canada, the UK, and Australia. For global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country.
Responsibilities
• 1. Goal Setting: AsD’s are directly responsible for setting the goals for every client engagement in their pod. • 2. Best Practices: AsD’s are directly responsible for ensuring that every one of their client’s follows best practices across all channels and mediums. In particular: • LTV:CAC modeling • Customer Generation • Share of SERP • Functional Content • 3. Breakdown Barriers: Every great campaign lives or dies at the moment of approval. It’s your responsibility to understand these moments and support your strategist in earning a yes. • Ensure roadblocks are a part of every 1x1 conversation with Strategists, and that an action plan is established to take down any roadblocks for the success of the strategy • 4. Accountability: We need leaders, not managers. Nobody wants a manager, everyone wants a leader. Build structure, create a cadence, support proactively, and empower your team with clear and concise communication + expectation setting. • 1. NSM Attainment: 100% • 3. Bookings: $150k for each half of the year (total across pod for H1) • 4. Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.
