Quantum - HR Business Partner

• Partner the CTO and Tech leadership on every people matter, from performance and conflict to restructures and growth • Handle employee relations and performance cases end to end, resolving them early, fairly and in line with UK employment law • Build and run a culture and development plan for Tech, covering career pathways, manager capability and team health • Onboard and support new Tech Directors on the people side of their roles, so they can focus on delivery • Use people data, from engagement and attrition to time to resolution, to spot issues early and show the impact of what we do • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally supporting engineering, data or product teams in a scale-up • Confident handling complex employee relations and performance cases, with sound knowledge of UK employment law • Experience designing and landing career frameworks, manager development or similar programmes • Comfortable challenging and coaching senior technical leaders, and trusted by the people they lead • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or equivalent experience • You thrive when working as part of a team • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Have excellent written and verbal English skills • Last but not least, you’ll have no ego! • What You’ll Get • What You’ll Get • Private Health Care (Bupa) • Hybrid Working (3 days in office) • Travel Insurance
