• Own the EMEA pipeline target. Set the regional growth strategy and plan against a pipeline number. Be accountable for marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline across every EMEA territory.
• Develop each market by its stage. Decide where to invest, where to test, and where to hold back across EMEA, and explain the tradeoffs to leadership.
• Run multi-channel programs hands-on. Plan and run localized campaigns, field events and executive dinners, conferences, ABM, partner co-marketing, and paid digital. Stay in the detail to make them work.
• Partner with EMEA sales leadership and BDRs. Agree territory priorities, target accounts, and ICP, and make sure programs turn into meetings and pipeline.
• Own and allocate the EMEA marketing budget. Forecast spend and expected return, track against actuals, and move money between channels and markets as results come in.
• Lead and develop the team. Manage and coach a small team of growth marketers, and set the planning cadences, reviews, and playbooks they work from, while staying hands-on in the work yourself.
• Measure and report on performance. Track results by channel and market, report to regional and global leadership, and turn what you learn into what the team runs next.
