Requirements
• 5+ years of health, wellness or supplement e-commerce experience at a D2C brand, with hands-on customer acquisition responsibility • Proven track record of scaling paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) profitably • Deep expertise in omnichannel marketing - paid, organic, email, website optimization • Obsessive about optimization: you test constantly and let data drive decisions • Strong analytical skills - fluent in CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion funnels, and attribution • Experience building e-commerce operations from early stage to growth • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, autonomous remote environments • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or headless commerce platforms • Interest in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized communities • Experience with influencer marketing or community-led growth
Responsibilities
• Own customer acquisition across all channels: paid social, paid search, SEO, email, content, and website • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and conversion • Continuously test and iterate - creatives, audiences, landing pages, messaging - to improve performance • Build and optimize the end-to-end customer journey from first touch to repeat purchase • Develop email/SMS lifecycle marketing to drive retention and LTV • Analyze performance data daily and make rapid decisions to scale what works • Collaborate with BioDAOs to craft compelling product stories and launch campaigns • Manage and grow organic channels including social media, SEO, and community • Support international fulfillment setup as we scale into new markets
