Requirements
• Deep understanding of your target user and the ability to translate insights into high-impact features. • Strong product sense—you know what great looks like, and how to get there. • Ability to break down complex problems, make trade-offs, and prioritize based on user and business impact. • Clear, structured communicator - whether it’s writing PRDs or aligning stakeholders. • Comfortable coaching product managers and creating alignment across pods and functions. • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a people management or leadership role. • Proven track record of building and scaling products in fast-paced environments. • Experience working in a metrics-driven and experimentation-led organization. • Strong blend of user empathy and data fluency—able to turn research and analytics into action. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when driving alignment across cross-functional teams. • Experience in a marketplace or platform business is a plus. • How to Apply? • For this role, we only accept applications through employee referrals.
