Responsibilities
• Prospecting & Outreach • Execute high-volume daily outbound activity: cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages. • Research and identify target accounts and contacts based on defined ICPs. • Personalize outreach to grab attention and generate interest. • Follow-Up & Meeting Booking • Relentlessly follow up with prospects across multiple channels until you get a clear answer. • Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately. • Book discovery calls and demos for senior sales team members. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activity and prospect status in HubSpot. • Pipeline Support • Chase and confirm scheduled meetings to minimize no-shows. • Re-engage cold or stalled leads with fresh angles. • Provide prospect insights and feedback to help refine targeting and messaging. • Learning & Development • Develop product knowledge to hold credible initial conversations. • Learn and apply best practices in outbound sales techniques. • Contribute ideas to improve outreach sequences and scripts based on what you're hearing in the market.
