Fanatics Collectibles - Senior Logistics Associate, EMEA Supply Chain (Maternity Cover)

• 2+ years experience in logistics or supply chain, with hands-on freight execution. • Strong understanding of import/export processes and Incoterms. • Experience managing carriers and coordinating international shipments. • Proven ability to plan and prioritise shipments in line with production schedules. • Strong Excel skills and experience using planning tools (e.g. Airtable or similar). • Ability to investigate and resolve operational issues, including delays and claims. • High attention to detail across documentation and compliance. • Clear communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partners. • Proactive and adaptable, able to operate in a fast-paced environment. • Preferred: • Experience with B2B freight (pallet shipments). • Exposure to multi-region logistics (EMEA, US, APAC, LATAM). • Experience working with vendor-managed inbound flows. • Italian language skills. • The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post. • Subject to applicable laws, Fanatics Collectibles may choose to run a background check. • Ensure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don’t fall victim to fraud.  Fanatics never seeks payment from job applicants.
