moonpig - Senior Manager, Product Analytics & Experimentation
Responsibilities
• Define and scale the Product Analytics function, setting direction for experimentation, behavioural analysis and impact measurement across product teams • Establish and embed best practices for experiment design, analysis and interpretation to enable consistent, high-quality decision-making • Build and run experimentation operations, including clinics, forums and training to improve quality and adoption across teams • Own and evolve the product metrics framework, including north star, input and guardrail metrics • Contribute to product attribution approaches, partnering with Product and Finance to align expected and realised impact • Define measurement approaches for AI and algorithmic features in collaboration with Data Science, MLOps and Engineering • Shape product and commercial strategy through opportunity identification, impact sizing and evidence-based recommendations • Lead high-impact and complex analysis, ensuring outputs are decision-ready and commercially grounded • Synthesise behavioural insight, experimentation results and commercial context to inform strategic direction • Build scalable analytics capability through frameworks, tooling and self-serve approaches • Line manage and develop a team of analysts, building technical depth and stakeholder influence • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product Analytics, Data Science and Engineering
