Natera - Digital Product Manager, Tissue Acquisition Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, healthcare, or related field • 3-5+ years of experience in digital product management; previous experience in healthcare, healthtech, or biotech a plus. • Proven track record of leading organizational transformation, with a focus on customer service and supporting complex operational processes (e.g. identifying opportunities to streamline end-to-end processes) • Ability to work and influence cross-functional teams; effective at building rapport with key stakeholders • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions. • Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically • Experience working in an agile development environment; prior experience leading and influencing remote engineering teams • The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
