Tia - Senior Manager, People Operations
Requirements
• Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or another highly regulated environment • Experience in a high-growth or venture-backed company • Familiarity with Carta, JIRA, and benefits administration platforms • Experience building or improving People Ops processes from the ground up
Responsibilities
• Own and improve core People Operations processes across HRIS, payroll, benefits, compliance, reporting, and employee lifecycle workflows • Lead the strategy, configuration, and optimization of ADP Workforce Now as Tia’s system of record • Oversee accurate and timely payroll for a multi-state, multi-entity workforce • Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, vendor partnerships, audits, and compliance requirements • Maintain accurate people data, reporting, dashboards, and operational insights • Support compensation operations, bonus calculations, and equity administration in Carta • Identify process gaps and build cleaner, more scalable ways of working • Partner with Finance, Legal, People Business Partners, and leaders to support operational rigor and employee experience • Manage and develop a People Ops team member, setting a high bar for ownership, accuracy, and follow-through
