Requirements
• Essential • Proven experience working with Salesforce development. • Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components (LWC or Aura). • Understanding of Salesforce data models and relationships • Desirable • Exposure to Apex development practices, version control, and sandbox deployment workflows. • Experience with Salesforce Flow and Data Loader. • Familiarity with platforms such as Pardot or Calendly • Interest in Revenue Operations principles and GTM processes. • Experience using low-code integration tools such as Make.com and Celig • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
Responsibilities
• Salesforce Development & Customisation • Assist in developing custom Salesforce components, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and flows. • Support configuration tasks such as building custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts. • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce functionality across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. • Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices. • Platform Administration Support • Assist with core administrative activities, including user setup, permissions, and configuration changes. • Support monitoring of system performance and troubleshooting issues under guidance from senior team members. • Document configurations, development work, and system changes • RevOps Process Enablement • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand operational needs and translate them into technical requirements. • Assist in building automation and process flows supporting lead management, pipeline tracking, customer lifecycle management, and revenue workflows. • Contribute to dashboards and reporting efforts to support operational visibility • Data Management • Data Management • Support data cleansing, imports, exports, and routine data maintenance. • Help maintain data quality and consistency across the revenue funnel. • Assist with account hierarchies, segmentation, and territory-related data tasks • User Support & Training • Provide first-line Salesforce support and escalate complex issues as needed. • Assist in maintaining documentation, training materials, and user guides. • Support onboarding of new Salesforce users • Integrations & Tooling • Support integration work with tools such as Account Engagement (Pardot), Calendly, CPQ systems, and Customer Success platforms. • Collaborate with internal developers or external vendors on API-related tasks. • Use low-code integration tools such as Make.com and Celigo to build scalable, maintainable integrations without heavy custom code. • Assist with testing, monitoring, documenting, and maintaining integrations built through Make.com, Celigo, or native Salesforce automation
