Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and scale the GSI Partner Manager team, fostering a culture of high performance to meet and exceed partner-sourced and partner-involved revenue targets. • Own the accountability for the execution of our GSI strategy globally, translating objectives into actionable regional success. • Facilitate a consistent process for partner management—including acquisition, go-to-market plans, quarterly business reviews, and marketing campaigns—to deliver predictable revenue streams. • Analyze and manage territory performance using SFDC metrics, delivering clear insights and strategic recommendations on partner performance to executive leadership. • Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to manage business performance across multiple territories and communicate results effectively. • Background in the automation, orchestration, or related services industry. • Strong executive presence and a proven ability to lead and facilitate C-level interactions. • Excellent abilities to influence, build relationships, and establish credibility across diverse internal and external cross-functional stakeholders. • This role is an existing vacancy • #LI-YW11 #LI-Remote #USEAST • What We Have to Offer:
