Requirements
• You've built a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch and used it to drive real decisions. • You've run an annual budget and reforecast cycle end to end at a high-growth tech company, and turned the numbers into a clear narrative for executives or the board. • Strong commercial judgment: you think in unit economics and gross profit, not only revenue, and your recommendations get implemented. • Hands-on with a planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive or similar), comfortable with SQL and working off a data warehouse, and you use AI tools every day. • Bonus: experience with usage-based or consumption revenue, IPO readiness or public-company FP&A, hands-on Pigment, or building a team. • GROWTH POTENTIAL • We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. IF YOU PREFER, YOU CAN WORK FROM OUR OFFICES IN WARSAW AND LONDON.
