Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in either top-tier investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting or a fast-growing technology company • STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a globally recognised university • Proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity; who can work out ideas from scratch, and then execute effectively • Fast learner who loves to take responsibility with the ability to deliver strong results and impact business decisions
Responsibilities
• The Founders Office has 3 important priorities: • Build scale-up infrastructure. The Founder Office team designs the key company management infrastructure, and hires the teams to manage the following key processes, e.g.: Performance management, Compensation, Hiring practices and philosophy, Organisational design, Goal setting and KPI planning, Strategy setting • Build scale-up infrastructure • Drive special initiatives. Generalist talent to throw at special projects or emergencies (such as funding rounds or product performance issues) • Drive special initiatives. • Oversee business areas. “extra pair of eyes” to keep detailed watch on the performance of our key business areas. Each member of the Founder Office is assigned business areas to oversee, to provide insights to the Founder. • Oversee business areas.

Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed.
