Responsibilities
• Support internal communications initiatives across the People (HR) team. • Assist with planning and coordinating internal campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives. • Collaborate with teams across HR, Talent, DEI, and Business Operations. • Help maintain internal communication channels and documentation. • Contribute ideas to improve employee engagement and internal storytelling. • Participate in team meetings, learning sessions, and intern program activities. • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive, curious mindset with a strong interest in people and culture • Interest in technology-driven or global businesses is a plus.
