Requirements
• 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally at a scale-up or large tech company • Experience managing cross-border and cross-cultural hiring is highly valued • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing technologies and tools • Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach • Self-disciplined and able to work autonomously • Fluent in English
Responsibilities
• End-to-end recruitment for product management, engineering, and go-to-market roles, primarily focused on the UK but also supporting our global offices (UAE, Europe, US) • product management, engineering, and go-to-market roles • Working autonomously across multiple hiring projects • Helping Wheely create a more transparent and efficient recruitment process • Participating in marketing and PR initiatives to strengthen our employer brand

Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed.
