plaid - Contract Sourcer (GTM)

• 2+ years of experience sourcing for business or GTM roles, recruiting coordination, or related experience (internships and contract work count) • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and an applicant tracking system • Strong written communication skills and a knack for personalized outreach • Organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many candidates at once • Comfort with fast-moving priorities and a willingness to learn quickly • Discretion in handling confidential candidate and company information • Curiosity about our products and the fintech industry • Our mission at Plaid is to unlock financial freedom for everyone.
