First experience with project management: you can keep tasks, approvals and deadlines organized without things slipping • 3. Reliability: you deliver what you promise, without needing to be chased • 4. You own your mistakes and actually apply feedback, instead of just nodding along • 5. Genuine hunger to grow into strategy and account ownership - this role is a launchpad, not a landing spot • What you'll get:

Responsibilities

• 1. Own copywriting for pod accounts (6-8) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM • 2. Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing • 3. Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building your own strategic instincts, working closely with your Senior RM • 4. Pull and format reports so your Senior RM can turn them into decisions • 5. Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem
