Farsight AI - Product Manager
Requirements
• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role at a startup or high-growth tech company • Deep familiarity with investment banking or private equity workflows, either from direct experience in finance or from building products used by IB and PE teams • Strong technical fluency. You do not need to write code, but you need to understand how AI systems work, what makes them reliable, and where they break • A proven track record of shipping products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you took full ownership from problem to launch • Previous experience as a founder or first PM at an AI-native startup • Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic systems, or AI workflow products • Background in financial services, including investment banking, private equity, or fintech • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and incorporating their feedback into product decisions
Responsibilities
• Own the product roadmap and drive prioritization across engineering, design, and GTM • Work directly with Investment Banking and Private Equity customers to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and feedback, and translate those into clear product requirements • Partner closely with engineering to scope, spec, and ship features that meet our standard of clean, accurate, and auditable AI outputs • Define and track the right metrics to measure product success in a non-deterministic AI system • Identify opportunities for new product innovation across Farsight's expanding platform • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring every product decision is grounded in real workflow impact

Our backgrounds span financial domain expertise from Evercore and General Atlantic, scalable engineering from Amazon, enterprise AI sales from Hugging Face, and firsthand experience building successful startups as founders and founding engineers.
