Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand reputation, community management, user feedback, or customer success • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sentiment and trends from qualitative data • Familiarity with online review ecosystems (App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, etc.) • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and work independently • High level of discretion and professionalism in managing brand image • English: intermediate or higher • Experience working with wellness or mobile products (especially subscription-based) • Understanding of ASO or mobile marketing principles • Established relationships with third-party vendors for reputation management or brand support services • Interview Process: • Recruitment screening interview (1 hour) • Interview with Operations Manager (1 hour) • Final Interview with Operations Manager and Founder (45 mins)

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze user feedback across platforms like App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, and more • Collaborate with customer support to ensure prompt and effective response to public reviews • Work with internal teams to identify patterns in feedback and initiate product or communication improvements • Coordinate external vendors or partners (if needed) to support ongoing reputation efforts • Monitor reputation metrics and produce regular reports on review trends, sentiment, and potential risks • Suggest initiatives to organically improve user sentiment and public brand perception • Ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines
