Bitpanda - Senior Product Manager – Web3
Requirements
• Translate complex Web3 concepts into simple, trustworthy user experiences that make self-custody accessible without compromising on security. • Partner with legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape around Web3, self-custody, DeFi, and digital assets. • Define product requirements, user journeys, success metrics, launch plans, and go-to-market inputs for new wallet features. • Extensive experience in product management, specifically within crypto, fintech, wallets, and consumer trading applications. • Deep familiarity with diverse Web3 landscapes, including EVM chains, Layer 2 solutions, DeFi protocols, and self-custody tools like bridges and staking. • Proven ability to manage complex trade-offs between user experience, security, regulatory compliance, and technical feasibility. • Strong track record of partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver, ship, and iterate on sophisticated technical products. • Excellent communication and analytical skills, utilizing data-driven insights to drive progress in fast-paced environments with a focus on Web3 accessibility.
Responsibilities
• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Bitpanda Vision Wallet • Build a best-in-class non-custodial wallet • Simplify complex Web3 concepts into secure, user-friendly products • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Marketing teams • Drive product launches with clear success metrics and go-to-market strategies • Strong Product Management • in Crypto, FinTech, Wallets, or Trading Platforms • Deep understanding of Web3, EVM Chains, Layer 2, DeFi, Staking, Bridges & Self-Custody • , security, compliance, and technical complexity • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management • Hybrid work model with flexibility • + Stock Options • Learning & development with unlimited Udemy access • Mental wellness support and generous paid time off • Global team, exciting events, and excellent employee
