Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare data driven SaaS solutions • Proven experience leading and delivering a full SaaS platform redesign on time and on budget, ideally within Life Sciences and Healthcare • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, defensible materials (e.g., business cases, GTM narratives, stakeholder presentations) suitable for senior leadership with minimal iteration • Proficient in using JIRA • Expert user of Pendo or similar user usage tools • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to translate customer, business and market insight into clear product requirements • Confident decision-maker, accountable for outcomes across multiple stakeholders • Self-starter able to build and improve product development processes independently • Based in the United Kingdom
Responsibilities
• Product Strategy • Product Strategy • Support the product vision and strategy aligned to business goals and market trends • Co-create and maintain a prioritised roadmap delivering customer and commercial value that directly contributes to sales pipeline • Spearheading the end-to-end lifecycle of AI workflows and features • Work cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and outcomes • Track market trends, competitors, and customer insight to refine product direction • Track industry trends, emerging technology, and product best practice to drive innovation • Identify new market opportunities and support new product or portfolio expansion initiatives • Product Development and Delivery • Lead platform delivery from concept to launch at pace, ensuring quality and timelines • Proven experience delivering and commercialising AI-powered analytics modules • Prioritise requirements with Data Ops, Data Science, and Engineering • Partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to deliver releases • Proactively engage with customers and Sales to build deep use-case understanding and translate insight into clear commercial value propositions • Support Commercial and Marketing with launch planning and materials • Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Advocacy • Communicate product updates, successes, and risks to internal and external stakeholders • Educate Commercial on platform, modules / features, and new opportunities • Support Sales and Customer Success with insights that articulate customer value • Fully engage and lead Product Advisory User Groups • Monitor post-launch performance, usage, and customer feedback • Represent the business at industry events, as required, and become an end-to-end platform SME
