• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline. • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, campaign planning, digital marketing and audience development. • Knowledge of data management, analytics, brand development and marketing measurement. • Understanding of exhibitions, conferences or events marketing is desirable. • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English is mandatory. • Demonstrable experience in marketing with proven ability to develop and execute successful campaigns. • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Experience managing marketing budgets and performance reporting. • Experience working with exhibitions, events, conferences or B2B marketing is desirable. • Experience managing external suppliers, agencies and strategic partners. • Strong strategic marketing and campaign management skills. • Excellent copywriting, communication and content development skills. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance measurement. • Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actions. • Experience with marketing automation, CRM and analytics platforms. • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Power BI, Adestra and social media business manager platforms is desirable. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines. • Willingness and ability to travel for business and events. • Behavioural Competencies: • Strategic Thinking • Creativity and Innovation • Commercial Awareness • Attention to Detail • Analytical Thinking • Relationship Building • Results Orientation • "Please take the time to read the job description, you must meet all the criteria set out above for your application to be considered.
