Requirements
• Experience preparing presentations or customer-facing materials. • Exposure to procurement, supply chain or enterprise software.
Responsibilities
• Develop an understanding of customer challenges by participating in sales meetings and translating discussions into insight. • Draft thoughtful follow up emails and meeting summaries. • Help prepare and deliver product demonstrations. • Support customer discovery sessions by capturing requirements and action items. • Coordinate conference attendance, customer meetings and event logistics. • Draft responses to customer questions and RFPs. • Keep CRM records accurate and ensure opportunities are up to date. • Conduct account and prospect research before meetings. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback. • Help identify opportunities to improve our sales processes and collateral. • Take ownership of customer conversations as you develop.
