Responsibilities

• Counterpart Health is continued to be seen as a leading, active participant in the healthcare interoperability community. • We have a clear strategy for how interoperability creates value for CA, Clover, providers, customers, and patients. • Our work on CMS interoperability initiatives are strategically focused, technically sound, and commercially relevant. • Internal teams understand what matters in the standards landscape and where to place our bets. • External partners and industry leaders know who we are, what we stand for, and how to work with us. • The interoperability engineering team is focused, effective, and grounded in deep standards expertise. • You should get in touch if: • You have 10+ years of experience in US healthcare interoperability, healthcare standards, payer-provider data exchange, or health technology strategy. • You are deeply fluent in FHIR, HL7, implementation guides, and the practical realities of making healthcare data exchange work. • You have meaningful experience with CMS interoperability requirements, the Da Vinci Project, Argonaut Project, US Core, or related national initiatives. • You are already known in the healthcare interoperability community, or have directly participated in the forums where the industry’s direction is shaped. • You can turn standards expertise into company strategy, product direction, partner strategy, and business value. • You can lead a small technical team while staying close enough to the details to guide real implementation decisions.
