Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, nonprofit CRM management, or Development Operations. • Demonstrated experience managing donor databases, gift processing, data governance, and financial reconciliation. • Experience configuring Salesforce, creating reports and dashboards, and supporting end users. • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. • Experience collaborating across Development, Finance, Technology, and other organizational stakeholders. • Salesforce Administrator Certification. • Experience with Salesforce NPSP or Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. • Experience leading CRM enhancement projects and system implementations. • Experience managing external vendors and consultants. • Knowledge of fundraising operations, prospect development, and portfolio management practices. • Language Requirement: • English: Fluent
