Requirements
• We are looking for a proactive Senior Payment Partnerships Manager to lead the integration and management of various Payment Service Providers (PSPs) into our proprietary payment gateway. Responsibilities
• Leverage payments expertise and market insights to shape strategic partnerships that create value for Welltech and its users • Establish new partnerships with 3rd party payment schemes and suppliers that are needed to expand the payment method portfolio and improve processing excellence worldwide • Manage and develop relationships with existing partners and communicate with them about fluctuations in payment metrics performance, and collaborate to implement improvements • Negotiate new terms and conditions related to commissions, volumes, etc. • Ensure all partner agreements and activities meet applicable regulatory, AML, and compliance obligations • Gather inputs from and coordinate with internal stakeholders (including payment ops, product, engineering, treasury, finance, legal, etc.) on the creation and execution of the partnerships to ensure seamless integration and operation of payment solutions • Act as the primary contact for designated partners • Responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the entire partner setup
