Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE, with experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment • Prior experience managing or mentoring a team, with a track record of developing talent and driving performance • Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, with an ability to quickly develop and demonstrate platform expertise • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders at law firms and in-house legal teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience running training, workshops, or client-facing product sessions • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach • DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION, AN APPLICANT PRIVACY NOTICE MAY APPLY TO YOU. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Legal Engineers - Product Specialists, providing coaching, performance management, and career development support. • Own the post-implementation customer relationship from a legal engineering perspective, ensuring law firm and in-house clients are effectively onboarded, trained, and supported on an ongoing basis • Act as the senior escalation point for complex or strategic customer engagements, bringing deep product and legal expertise • Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify expansion opportunities, support renewals, and contribute to retention strategy • Collaborate with the Product team to surface customer feedback, advocate for platform improvements, and keep the team informed of new features and roadmap developments • Define and iterate on team processes, playbooks, and frameworks to build a scalable and high-performing function
