• 6+ years of full-cycle in house recruiting experience in a high growth business • Experience partnering with senior executives on Engineering, Tech & Product hiring • Ability to build a talent strategy alongside your hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience • Excellent communication, in all formats and ability to adapt communication style based upon audience • This role will focus on recruiting in EMEA • While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: • In-house experience recruiting for a SaaS company • Experience hiring leadership roles at the Director level, predominantly within Engineering or Product • Expert knowledge of the SaaS/ scaling tech landscape and who our competitors in this space may be • At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
