• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, proptech, or a dual-audience (B2B2C) environment • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required), plus Chili Piper, Salesforce, Customer.io http://Customer.io, and project management tools like Asana or Monday • Proven track record of designing, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive revenue • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel metrics, and marketing automation best practices • Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • REMOTE WORK STATEMENT • This is a remote-first, work-from-home position with required bi-annual in-person company meetings in January and July (business travel covered by Second Nature). You must be available during scheduled working hours, with a distraction-free work environment and reliable high-speed internet.
