• You are based in Poland. • You have several years of professional experience and bring competencies in project management and regenerative agriculture. Ideally, you have experience with dairy and arable farming understanding their challenges. • You grew up on a farm, completed an agricultural apprenticeship or degree. Agriculture is close to your heart and you understand the challenges of the industry. • You have a thirst for knowledge about solutions and measures to overcome challenges in agriculture in a long-term and sustainable way and to implement these with farms. • You enjoy working in a team, are happy to accept help, and make your skills available to the team. • You enjoy and have a talent for direct personal, phone, and written communication with farmers. In doing so, you meet them at equal terms to find common ground and solutions. • You are motivated by engaging with new fields and contributing to and helping build a new market. • You can make decisions in the interest of the projects and enjoy finding practical solutions that can be implemented at short notice. • You are fluent in Polish and English and ideally have a valid driving license. • Please note this role is a full-time position hired via our EOR Remote.
