Requirements

Responsibilities
• Oversee the strategy, development, and execution of all growth marketing initiatives around the app — performance channels, lifecycle marketing, cooperation with organic, funnel optimization, and more • Collaborate with the executive team to align growth objectives with overall business goals • Effectively model and measure marketing impact, anticipating trends and events that will create opportunities for growth — and capitalizing on them • Build, develop, and coach a world-class growth team as the company continues on a path of rapid expansion; foster a culture of high performance, learning, curiosity, and ownership • Know our users like you know your friends — master every part of the user journey, understand their needs, motivations, and concerns, and work tirelessly to deliver lasting value • Serve as a trusted partner to Product and Analytics, bringing your perspective and ideas into strategic business discussions • Be a culture driver across the organization — hungry, humble, caring, curious, accountable, and results-focused
