Requirements

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills. • Strong experience influencing & directing the work of others. • Solid experience with computers and software including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. • Frequently operates a computer, phone, and standard office tools. • Ability to travel to properties and regional offices as needed. • Near-constant use of sight, speech, hearing, comprehension, and reasoning. • Must be able to sit or remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
