Requirements
• 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a high-growth technology company, with hands-on experience across demand generation or growth marketing • A genuine customer-first mindset — able to define clear business problems and translate them into relevant, high-impact programmes • Demonstrable experience with AI tools as part of your AI Tech Stack — using them to work faster, personalise at scale, and iterate more effectively • Passion for storytelling via social, community and digital ecosystems that deeply understand how different channels resonate with different audiences • Able to use performance and customer data to set goals, make decisions, and demonstrate pipeline impact • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear narratives that work across formats: emails, landing pages, social content, and more • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results. • Experience in SaaS, freemium, or product-led growth. • Experience supporting both acquisition and post-sale/adoption motions. • Notion user: you're comfortable and familiar with Notion's value to businesses • Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below.
