Requirements
• 5+ years of lifecycle or retention marketing experience within B2B environments. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce. • Proven experience running lifecycle or customer marketing programs that drive measurable growth. • Strong analytical skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing agencies or offshore partners. • Curiosity around AI and marketing technology, with the ability to apply emerging tools to improve lifecycle efficiency. • Smartly is committed to being the best place for growth-minded individuals to thrive.
