Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in customer support, customer success or implementation management in Enterprise SaaS or technology companies • Strong interest in privacy and knowledge of regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving and analytical abilities • Ability to work from the office in Falls Church, VA, 3 times per week • Key Success Drivers • High ethical standards, honesty, and transparency • Proactive, energetic, involved in company life, and provides feedback • Customer-centric approach • Comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment • Commitment to data privacy
Responsibilities
• Onboarding new customers and ensuring successful implementation of solutions • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts • Providing product training and support to customers • Monitoring customer health and addressing issues proactively • Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience • Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics • Focus exclusively on customer satisfaction, training, and experience - you're not expected to carry any sales quota or revenue targets
