Requirements
• 5+ years of HR experience, • We require a fluent English and Polish speaker • Deep expertise in Eastern European labor laws and strong working knowledge of employment regulations more broadly in Europe. • Experience supporting complex employee relations. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Tech-savvy with AI tools, HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom & Slack. • knowledge of EoR Industry is desirable • Additional language skills e.e. Czech or Serbo-Croatian • Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows: • Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary. • Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
Responsibilities
• Employee Experience & Lifecycle Support: Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience. • Employee Experience & Lifecycle Support: • Complex Employee Relations & Terminations: Manage sensitive cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation. • Complex Employee Relations & Terminations: • Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors. • Partner Management: • International HR & Payroll Consultation: Be the first point of contact for client queries on benefits, and compliance. • International HR & Payroll Consultation: • In-Country Expertise: Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances in Eastern Europe to provide actionable guidance. • In-Country Expertise • Employment Law & Contract Advisory: Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation. • Employment Law & Contract Advisory: • Performance & Compensation Support: Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and ensure timely salary changes.
