Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack or backend engineering experience. • Strong SQL and comfort with analytics tooling (dbt, BigQuery/Snowflake, or similar). • Experience instrumenting product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or similar) is a strong plus. • Bias toward shipping; you ship measurable improvements, not just code. • Strong product intuition and ability to reason about user behavior. • Background in PLG products or consumer apps. • Familiarity with mobile or web attribution frameworks. • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the growth data stack: event tracking, attribution, experimentation infra. • Design and ship product experiments end-to-end (instrumentation → analysis → rollout). • Partner with GTM and product to identify growth opportunities and translate them into engineering work. • Improve activation, retention, and monetization through code and data, not just dashboards. • Build internal tools that let non-engineers run their own experiments and analyses.
