• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical work experience. • Proven experience managing IT or software development projects. • Professional English proficiency (B2+ / C1 level), with the confidence to lead meetings, present status reports, and draft formal documentation for US stakeholders. • Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban, as well as exposure to hybrid delivery frameworks. • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, product management, and business stakeholders. • Practical proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project. • Strong reporting and data organization skills using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Solid background in risk management, RAID log ownership, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking. • Availability to work business hours aligned with US Eastern or Central time zones. • Legal authorization to work in your country of residence. • Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). • Domain experience in financial services, payments, retail banking, or merchant environments. • Prior experience working within consulting firms or global financial institutions. • Foundational understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software testing phases, and release management. • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese in addition to English.
