Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred. • 4+ years’ experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting. • Prior experience in physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes a plus. • Extensive familiarity with payer or provider-based healthcare data sets required. • Experience with project management tools required. • Technical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology and cloud-based document sharing systems. • Knowledge about extended medical terminology required. • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities
• Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities. • Work directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues. • Consult and identify solutions for client’s specific requirements. • Work with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the client’s implementation. • Manage change and client expectations effectively. • Maintain real time project status through online project management tools. • Establish and manage aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines. • Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and other key stakeholders on the Operations team.
