Requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large amounts of financial data. • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to interpret financial results, identify trends, and translate data into clear business insights and recommendations. • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work. • Solid understanding of P&L, Cash Flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Experience in financial controlling, FP&A, management accounting, or a similar finance role. • Experience in a large manufacturing or international company would be a strong advantage. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Pivot, Power Query, and PivotTables. • Practical experience with Power BI for financial analysis and reporting. • English level: B2+
